Return Policy

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. A 20% restocking fee for the full retail price of the item will be charged.

Please note: All returned items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with the original tags, packaging and labels attached.

Return Policy for Stock & Non-Stock items

Items purchased from https://schoolpostermakers.com (Red Circle Solutions LLC) may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. All returned items must be in new, unopened, sealed and unused condition, with the original tags, packaging and labels attached. We cannot provide returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Custom items are not eligible for return.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will also be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be provided via the original form of payment. All printer return shipments must be arranged through SchoolPosterMakers.com to ensure that only approved shipping carriers are used. The customer has the option of providing self-arranged shipping for non-printer items. If return items are received and are damaged, no refund will be provided.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged if they are in new, unopened, sealed and unused condition. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping charges. When items are received and in correct order, a store credit will be provided for the full amount of the original purchase. This credit may be used for any shipping charges incurred. Please call us for shipping amounts when requesting an exchange at 866-788-7900.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at returns@schoolpostermakers.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5 business days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.
