Store Policies
At School Poster Makers, a Red Circle Solutions brand, we prioritize customer satisfaction through our clear and comprehensive store policies. Understanding our refund and return policies will help you navigate any concerns with confidence.
Returning Unopened Products
Unopened printer machines may be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can choose a refund of the purchase price or a credit toward an exchange. If you opt for a refund without an exchange, a 30% restocking fee will apply (excluding shipping costs). This return policy applies to printer machines only.
Photo Verification
Before we can issue a return authorization, you’ll need to submit photos showing the printer is unopened and in its original packaging. Returns will not be approved without photographic proof.
Handling Opened Products
Our store policies are straightforward when it comes to opened products. Items that have been opened and/or used may not be returned unless they are defective. If you have a defective product, please contact the manufacturer directly to take advantage of their warranty. We do not accept returns of opened products.
Shipping Charges and Policies
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in cases where we made an error in the original shipment. If your original order qualified for free shipping and a return or exchange takes place, you will be responsible for standard ground shipping rates as determined by our freight carrier.
Processing Refunds
When a refund is approved under our store policies, you can expect to receive it within 10 to 15 business days.
Exchanges and Return Authorization
If you ordered the wrong printer, our store policies allow for an exchange as long as it has not been opened. You will be responsible for any price differences, return shipping costs, and applicable taxes. We do not accept returns of opened products.
